FULL SERVICE DESIGN & FURNISHINGS
This package involves full service design from start to finish.
IDBT will provide design concepts, space planning, all product specifications such as furniture and fabric selections, window and wall treatments, paint colors, millwork design. This will be followed by all product ordering, tracking and fulfillment to the final installation.
We have a simple 5 step design process to make it easy for you to understand and feel confident that your project will have a successful outcome!
STEP 1 Initial Consultation - 1 hr. 275.00 - Walk project and gather information needed for the project. Design Proposal and contract emailed for acceptance and deposit.
STEP 2 Design Concept - Gather information from the client on design direction, photo inspiration and functional needs.
STEP 3 Design Presentation - Present to the client floor plans, elevations, renderings, furniture, fabric and lighting for signature and approval. Payment for product purchase taken at that time.
STEP 4 Product Orders Placed - All product orders are placed immediately upon signature, and payment in full received. Our receiver will inspect, and store these products until installation day.
STEP 5 Project Installation - All products ordered and stored will be delivered for installation. Artwork & mirrors will be hung and accessories will be placed to complete a beautifully finished home.
VIP - DESIGN FOR THE DAY
This includes Tiffany spending the day with you (6 Hrs.) answering all your design questions. Recommendations are made by her for the best floor plan layout, placement of furniture, lighting, cabinetry, built ins, paint colors, window and wall treatments. She will make suggestions on the best stores and sources to shop. If desired and time allows, Tiffany will accompany you on a local shopping trip.
A general outline will be given to you of the design process in order to help you with a successful outcome for your home or office project.
